Standard Shipping

Once your order has been processed, you will be notified via email when your item(s) have been shipped, including the tracking number and delivery carrier. Most non-truck delivered items sent within the USA + Canada typically arrive within 7 business days after shipment.

Packages are sent via FedEx, UPS and USPS and are usually delivered without a signature.

Truck deliveries usually arrive within 3 to 4 weeks after shipment. Please review the Truck Deliveries section for further details. 

Standard shipping is complimentary for all luxury home item(s) shipped within the 48 states. Processing fees may apply to items shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada.  

Fine Jewelry
All jewelry pieces will be sent complimentary via USPS 1st class with insurance. A signature will be required upon delivery.

Once your order is processed, you will be notified via email when your item(s) have been shipped, including a tracking number. Item(s) usually arrive within 7-10 business days or 2 days with expedited shipping.

All Fine Jewelry purchases include complimentary gift boxing + shipping. Processing fees may apply for expedited item(s) shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories and Canada. 

Note: Hello Luxury Life will not be held responsible for any stolen or lost packages that have been posted as delivered. We recommend having alternate means of accepting your package if you are unavailable at the time of delivery.

Expedited Shipping

We offer expedited shipping on all of our fine jewelry pieces.


UPS 2nd Day (USA): $45
UPS 2nd Day (US Territories + Canada):$60


All orders will be tracked and will require a signature upon delivery. Shipments are insured and complimentary gift boxed. 

Truck Deliveries

Items shipped requiring a Threshold Truck Delivery will generally arrive 3 to 4 weeks after being shipped. 

Along with your shipment confirmation email, you will receive the delivery carrier and tracking information. Days before the delivery, you will be contacted regarding the best date and time window that fits  your schedule and any necessary details required prior to delivery.

Heavier furniture items may require delivery inside of your home or space, extra handling costs may apply. Please inquire with the carrier the best option for you when scheduling your delivery.

All truck deliveries require a designated date and signature. 

Assembly is not included.

Smooth Delivery Tips
Here are a few tips to ensure your delivery runs smoothly.

     | When scheduling with our delivery carrier, please share any restrictions that may hinder delivery, such as flights of stairs, gated entrance, etc.
    | Ensure that furniture is able to fit through access points, such as: doorways, stairways, hallways, etc.
     | Have all pathways clear that may hinder access.
     | Remove any fragile items that may become damaged during delivery.

Returns Policy

Returns

We aim to please, but if you are not satisfied with your order, simply return it within 30 days of delivery of receipt.

When returning your item(s), please allow 10-14 business days for the processing of your return, after merchandise is received and approved for a refund.

We currently do not offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange an item, please begin the Returns process.

It is highly recommended when returning items to include a copy of your receipt and have your package insured and tracked. HLL is not responsible for any lost or damaged returned items. 

HLL reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to determine if returned merchandise is eligible for a refund by condition of item upon receipt.

Fine Jewelry
If you wish to return your merchandise, we will replace or refund the item(s) within 30 days of delivery date.

  | All returned jewelry items must be unworn, undamaged and in original boxes with original certificate(s) when applicable. Any items that are received that have been worn, damaged, or altered will not be refundable.
    | Item(s) should be in original condition with no scratches, marks, sign of wear and should be unaltered.  
     | All return shipping charges must be prepaid with insurance by the customer. 

Home Merchandise
Home merchandise returned must be unused, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of receipt at customers expense, unless defective or damaged. If any item is defective or damaged, contact us to rectify the order.

Once the return has been approved and processed, a credit will be issued to your account, excluding any processing or shipping fees. All home merchandise returns will incur a 10% restocking fee.

After your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email with order details. Please allow 2-3 days processing, prior to shipment.

TRACKING
Once your order has been processed and shipped an email confirmation will be sent with tracking information for your package.

If you would like to cancel or request a change to your order contact us at: Orders@helloluxurylife.com within 24 hours. We will do all that we can to cancel or change any orders that you may have placed prior to processing. Should your order already be processed, we are unable to stop or make any order adjustments.

Sales + Clearance Items

All sale and clearance items are ineligible for a return, except for manufacturing defects. 

Warranty Policy

Fine Jewelry

We offer a 3 month warranty on all fine jewelry, which covers defective parts experienced under normal wear. Please be aware that our 3-month warranty only covers manufacturer’s defects. The following is not covered under this warranty:
     | General wear and tear such as scratches, dents, nicks or missing stones.
     | Lost or stolen parts.
     | Damage due to personal misuse or negligence.
     | Damage, accidental or otherwise not caused by a defect in material or workmanship.

We will replace a missing diamond or gemstone on certain jewelry for up to 3 months after purchase. This warranty excludes any jewelry merchandise that has lost a single diamond or gemstone with a total weight of 0.12 carat or larger. Also, note, that our warranty does not cover stones we did not furnish + repairs made other than HLL will void this warranty.
