After your items have been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation which will include the tracking information for your order.

At this time we ship to all 50 states in the United States , some U.S. territories + Canada. 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please request your cancellation within 24 hours of purchase at: orders@helloluxurylife.com 

 

For all of our jewelry a signature is required  for deliveries.

We recommend making arrangements with the delivery carrier if you are unable to sign or be present during the time of delivery.  

We want your experience on our site to be a positive one. If you would like to return your purchase, we offer a 30 days return on all items. See our Returns Policy for more details.  

We are delighted to offer complimentary standard shipping for all orders placed in the USA, excluding orders placed in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico & US Virgin Islands which will have an additional cost.

Expedited shipping and orders placed in  Canada will incur an additional cost.

Fine Jewelry
All Fine Jewelry will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days via USPS 1st class after processing your order.

Home Décor + Furniture
Most Home Décor merchandise will be shipped within 7 to 10 business days after order processing. 

Larger items that require truck delivery may take up to 3 weeks for delivery after shipment.

Yes, your order may be subject to sales taxes. HLL is required to charge sales taxes based on specific state and local tax rates.
